Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for the purpose of conducting an application process within the framework of pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and §26 (1) BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR. Automatic decision-making, including profiling, does not take place.
Recipients of your data
Within our group of companies, only those entities that need it to fulfil our processing purposes will have access to your personal data. Our group of companies consists of companies in Germany and the European Economic Area. Your data will not be forwarded to external third parties.
Storage period of your data
We will delete your data no later than six months after the end of the application process, unless you actively consent to a longer storage period.
Your rights
In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you. If incorrect personal data has been processed, you have the right to rectification in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR. If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to data processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). According to Art. 20 GDPR, you can assert the right to data portability for data that is processed automatically on the basis of your consent or a contract with you. If you believe that data processing violates data protection law, you have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
