Whatever sector of the construction industry and the associated project, a wide variety of factors and contingencies must always be taken into account.
To do this, we draw on a large number of measures and procedures , all of which are geared towards a single goal : the finished project. Whether it is the renewal of a track section, our aim is to provide stability and safety and to satisfy the client. So it makes sense to formulate and implement our company philosophy in accordance with this guiding principle.
Building the foundation
The best material, the most modern machines and the most thorough planning are of no use if competent and motivated specialists do not skilfully bring all this into harmony and effect. In this respect, we see it as our duty to create a corporate culture that is immediately noticeable in practice for our employees – whether in the modern rooms of our headquarters or on the construction sites.
With comprehensive in-house training, we also continuously increase our in-house know-how. The concentrated, relaxed, trusting working atmosphere also contributes to the fact that the knowledge acquired internally also benefits the company.

Thanks to the establishment and expansion of our own machinery, which has been continuously optimised technically, we are now able tomaintain first places in every area of international track construction – if only because our customers know that our maximum flexibility and speed minimise the downtime of their lines.
In addition, our high level of technology and core competencies in track construction are proving to be the best prerequisites for opening up further business areas in the construction industry.
