In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites (“links”) that lie outside the author’s area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into force in the case in which the author has knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent the use in the case of illegal content. The author has checked the third-party content for possible violations of the law to a reasonable extent. The author hereby declares that at the time the link was created, no illegal content on the pages to be linked was recognizable to him.

The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked / linked pages. Therefore, he hereby expressly distances himself from all contents of all linked / linked pages. This statement applies to all links and references placed within the author’s own website as well as to third-party entries in guestbooks, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the author. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular for damage resulting from the use or information not provided in this way, only the provider of the page to which reference was made is liable, but not the person who only refers to the respective publication via links.
