Tracked loading station
The BLS-2000-R loading station from Plasser & Theurer is a track-driven vehicle with a working drive, equipped with a pick-up conveyor belt with a pick-up hopper and an extendable transfer conveyor belt.
No tracks? No problem!
The loading station makes it possible to load the material picked up in trackless sections by a wheel loader, crawler loader or the like into a material conveyor and silo unit. The frame of the BLS-2000-R can be lifted by hydraulic cylinders in the area of the front crawler chassis, which allows the lateral loading into said units by a crawler loader or similar. The receiving hopper must be dismantled during transport. The loading station is supported by two crawler undercarriages. These can be rotated by +/- 15 degrees for steering. The loading station can only be moved in the lowered position.
The advantages at a glance:
- Mobile even without tracks
- Crawler undercarriages can be rotated by 15 degrees
- Own speed of 800 m/h
- Can be loaded with crawler loader, wheel loader or excavator
- Lateral loading of MFS and BSW possible
- Integrated extendable transfer conveyor belt
