The BLS-2000 loading station enables the loading of materials under live catenary lines. The time for their upgrade is only three minutes. This means that the BLS-2000 is ready for use as quickly as possible and is extremely practical for track work thanks to its combination options.
The BLS-2000 can be used with MFS-38, MFS-40, MFS-100, BSW-2000, BSW-6000 and BSW-11000 and is therefore a kind of all-rounder in the construction trains of the Wiebe Group.
Lower, extend – and go!
The bottom of the pick-up belt and the transfer belt of the BLS-2000 is designed as a steerable belt with a conveying width of 1920 millimeters. After arrival at the construction site, the loading station is upgraded. The time required for this is three minutes. The receiving hopper is lowered to a maximum height of 1.15 metres above SOK and the transfer belt is extended. After this work, the BLS-2000 is ready for use, so that the BSW to be loaded can be placed in front of the BLS-2000 and the materials to be removed can be loaded into the BSW via the loading station by crawler loader, wheel loader or excavator.
