Lauenförde, Bodenfelde, Adelebsen – the Wiebe Group of Companies became extensively active in the maintenance of the regional railway lines between these three municipalities. Between June and August 2017, conventional switch conversions took place in the stations as well as various line conversions on the tracks.
A total of around 32 kilometres of track – divided into five sections – made up part of the line conversion, with both the rails and the sleepers being processed. In addition, the work also included ballasting, tamping and welding with stress compensation.

Although the three municipalities may be close to each other, it is still important to ensure a smooth networking of the people in the region.
As a track construction specialist, it does not matter to us whether the route to be worked on is long-distance or regional: the track remains the track. And since rail transport plays an important role in passenger and goods transport in the long term, the best quality is the absolute standard in each of our projects.
