New construction of two noise barriers in the Roßlau freight yard, Saxony-Anhalt

The erection of the noise barriers is part of the overall Roßlau-Dessau railway junction project. They are located in the Roßlau Gütebahnhof on the left side of the new line 6207 and on the right side of line 6416. The noise barrier on the left of the railway had to be offset several times on OLA masts. In the area of a statically inadequate gravity wall, the foundation of the noise barrier was carried out as a bored pile wall with head beam in such a way that it could take over the embankment protection. On the right-hand side of the railway, at a distance of 20 m from a road overpass, the sheet pile foundation for the noise barrier was laid using hydraulic presses. The further foundation was carried out by bored piles.
