Whether nationwide in the network of Deutsche Bahn AG, local public transport or connecting and high-speed rail lines – we cover the entire spectrum of construction services. This includes the construction, conversion and maintenance of track, platform and switch systems as well as the construction of complete railway transport infrastructure.

The entire process and responsibility are in the hands of experienced specialists – from the first planning meeting to the final acceptance. This ensures that every project benefits from the extensive expertise of our experts. Expertise in the superstructure and substructure of railway transport facilities is just as much a part of this as precise knowledge of railway operating regulations.

We use the following technologies:

PLV and cleaning technology

For a stable position of the superstructure, a load-bearing foundation is literally required. With a track-bound underground rehabilitation, we guarantee the highest quality in the shortest possible time and at the same time follow a proven concept for cost savings. In addition, the method puts only a minor load on the track grating and does not pose a danger to adjacent railway operations. With modern machines and vehicles, we prevent wheels or chains from driving on the ground surface and also enable the installation of geotextiles and similar materials.

By combining speed and care, we are setting new standards in track construction. To do this, we use state-of-the-art crane technology, which enables us to lift and move bridges, track yokes or switch sections up to 40 metres long and weighing 120 tonnes. With special conversion trains, we are also able to cope with speeds of up to 350 metres per hour for track construction, reconstruction or dismantling. This will ensure that regular operations can be resumed as quickly as possible.

Trains are getting faster and faster and running at ever shorter intervals – which also increases the requirements for the positional stability of the tracks. With our competent experts, we are up to this challenge in every respect: Our innovative and broad-based machinery has the right equipment ready for every task, so that individual conditions can be met – today and in the future.
